These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by HOGA Career Academy to applicants and companies.

2. Services

We qualify and support international applicants and introduce suitable candidates to companies. We are not a recruitment agency in the sense of job placement.

3. No guarantee of success

Acceptance into the Talentpool and our advisory services do not create any entitlement to employment, a contract or a visa.

4. Prices and payment

Paid services are clearly stated in advance. [Add payment terms and deadlines.]

5. Right of withdrawal

6. Your obligations

German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
