Why is HOGA's service free for employers?
If an employer hires a candidate from the HOGA talent network, no recruitment fees or commissions are charged. Our business model is based on preparing candidates and providing optional support services—not on recruitment commissions.
When do employers pay for HOGA's services?
If an employer asks HOGA to provide additional services for a candidate of their own choice—such as qualification recognition, visa procedures, relocation, accommodation, or integration support—we provide an individual quotation based on the requested services.
What makes HOGA candidates different?
HOGA participants are professionally prepared for the German labor market. This includes application documents according to German standards, job search strategies, interview preparation, language and professional qualification, as well as preparation for everyday working life in Germany.
Who makes the hiring decision?
The hiring decision always belongs exclusively to the employer. HOGA does not sell employment contracts or make hiring decisions. We prepare candidates so they can apply directly and professionally.
Do candidates pay to receive a job offer?
No. HOGA does not sell jobs or employment contracts. Candidates only pay for optional services they choose themselves, such as consultations, qualification programs, visa support, recognition procedures, or post-arrival assistance.

If requested, we continue supporting candidates with visa procedures, qualification recognition, government administration, accommodation, and successful integration into Germany.
