Does HOGA guarantee a job or apprenticeship?
No. We do not provide job guarantees. What we offer is professional preparation, a clear strategy, and practical guidance that significantly improves your chances of success.
Is HOGA a recruitment agency?
No. HOGA is a career and application academy. We do not sell jobs or charge placement fees. We teach you how to apply professionally and connect directly with employers.
Who submits the application to companies?
You do. We help you prepare your CV, application strategy, and interview skills, but the application is always submitted directly by you to the employer.
Why is this better than using a recruitment agency?
Because you learn a skill that will benefit you throughout your entire career in Germany. Instead of depending on third parties, you gain the confidence and knowledge to manage your own applications successfully.
Is the support truly individual?
Yes. Every recommendation is based on your qualifications, experience, language level, and career goals.
What level of German do I need?
It depends on the profession. Many apprenticeships require A2 or B1, while most skilled positions require at least B1.
How long does it take to achieve results?
This depends on your profession, qualifications, language skills, and individual circumstances. However, many participants notice a significant improvement in their application results within a short time.

Is HOGA a recruitment agency?
No. We are not a staffing or recruitment agency and do not earn placement commissions. Our role is to prepare international talent for the German labor market and connect employers with qualified candidates.
How do we gain access to candidates?
Simply tell us about your staffing needs. We inform suitable participants from our network, who can then apply directly to your company.
Are there any costs for employers?
Introducing suitable candidates from our network is generally free of charge. Costs only arise for additional services such as managing a candidate's immigration, recognition, or visa process.
What makes HOGA candidates different?
Our participants are trained in German application standards, interview preparation, and workplace expectations before approaching employers.
Can candidates already be living in Germany?
Yes. Our network includes both candidates already living in Germany and qualified talent from abroad.
Do you support visa and recognition procedures?
Yes. We can assist employers and candidates with qualification recognition, document preparation, and immigration or visa procedures.
